And if any of you indie folks are scribbling away, Apocryphile Press is very good to work with, and interested in manuscripts related to our movement....   &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Who thought the book was hard to get?  It&#039;s on amazon (all countries), bn, etc, etc.  There were some delays with the first edition, but - as far as I know - everything has been running smoothly with Apocryphile.  If there is a problem, let me know.</description>
